Literature Review
A good dissertation needs a very good literature review. In the old days this was achieved by sitting in the library and selecting and reading books and then taking them home and making notes. We actually wrote by hand. Then computers came along and we could type and even search the uni library online and eventually access materials online. Now AI can do a lot of this heavy lifting so if we insist on keeping the traditional dissertation as is, how can we help students to use AI?

This is probably the last gasp of the dissertation if unis notice plagiarism and ‘cheating’ shoots up. If or when that happens the dissertation will have to change but become what??
